Competitive Hosting Refund Policy

 

All sales are considered final at the point of purchase.

In order to avoid recurring billing charges, the customer must cancel the account prior to the effective date of the recurring billing renewal. Requests for account cancellation should be sent to mail@competitivehosting.net.

In the event of server malfunction, Competitive Hosting will refund, at the customer's request, a percentage of the customer's monthly fee, proportionate to the amount of server "down time".
